8-31-12 - Northampton - Republican staff photo by Don Treeger- Victor Kent of the Kent Family Circus, rides around the Three County Fairgrounds on a high wheel bike. His circus will be one of the featured acts at the Fair which opened Friday and runs through Labor Day
(funny thing was I was just running an errand and not strolling at the time...that is why I am in street clothes.)
