Franklin, VA....Wonderful day

It rained last night and a breeze kept today from being deadly hot. But it remained humid. We pulled off two shows and had nice audiences. We have a good sized number of "Stalkers" from last year and a few new ones from this year.
We also have become friends with Brian Staples of the Staples Safari ...thrid or 4th generation circus and zoologist. He is the owner of the monkey from Night at the Museum and the baboons from Evan Almighty.
He is an ultra nice guy and a brother in Christ. He pulls a big show. He does a stage show, he does magic, he has a small zoo with even tigers and a lion, and he has camel rides. And we thought we carried a lot of stuff.
Famous tv, movies and commercial Monkey and I fighting over my anti monkey butt powder.
This is the Monkey form Night at the Museum.
Below are the baboons from Evan Almighty..
Below is a not so famous Baboon but he need our powder....
Here are some shots from the day:
 Brian's set.

Brian Staples goofing off with me after the shows were all over.

I'm holding up the ice mocha that gave me the brain freeze that woke me up in time for the first show. The people in the pix are the vendors who gave it to me.  Nice folk!

 Olivia always flipping and acrobatting.
Miles shows off his new jacket. It's fur lined for the cold KY winters.

Brian and I were unaware Miles was posing and CC was taking this picture.
 stalkers
more stalkers.
Nick's sister who is based in the service near hear came out to visit with his nephew. So he had some family support come out.
Everyone did a great job at their routines today in spite of the dire humidity.
