As I write this it is raining here in Berea and will continue to rain throughout the day, if the forecasters are right. But as a true southern once told me, "only two kinds of people can predict the weather, a Yankee and a fool....and there ain't to hill a difference between the two."
We met up with CC after her classes and headed to the mall in Richmond, a town about 15 miles north of here. My Smartphone told us to go to the "Richmond Mall" and we did. There was a couple of stores in this now ghost town of a mall. One of the stores was a Halloween store that had a lot of really cool things. Uncle Eddie went nuts...he loves Halloween, costumes, etc. When we went into the actual Mall we were surprised to find it empty. Once upon a time it was a REAL mall but has since died away. A woman there told us of the new mall....right off the highway we came in on. It was just on the other side that we had exited. "Richmond Center" is an out door cluster strip mall. I say cluster strip mall because it is like a series of strip malls clustered together
Here we found many shops and stores and both Cynthia and Sayako found some goodies that they wanted and or needed. We also found a grocery store that provided us with our dinner and lunch ingredients.
Mexican food was on the menu at the RV for dinner. Then I drove Cynthia back to her dorm. We won't see her today. She has studies. We will try to go and see a house here in Berea that is up for sale.
