Spider - Flying Tator-tot - more

Another 105+ day but HUMID!
Not one of us were anything but tired, pooped, wiped out all day long.  But we endured.
A friend of James of High School Band days who now lives in Memphis came up to visit and work with the kids on their movements and acrobatics. (She is a Gymnastic coach). She goes home tomorrow.
Again we pulled good crowds at every show. The park Manager even came out and watched one.  She was pleased. PTL
I was surprised to find a big daddy-long-leg on my shirt when arrived this morning. (The first day I found a big fat spider in my top hat, and Victor was bit by a wasp a couple of days ago. ) It has been our "insect" week at Beech Bend.
The heat has left us being silly. Our gray matter once know as our brains have all boiled. Poor Miles gets the worst of it because he goes out as mascots and Pink Gorilla on his tiny clown bike.  I would prefer he not do it on such hot days and will pull the plug if we have any more over 100 days.   We make him eat lots and hydrate like crazy.
Tator-tot has been really a true natural with performing. He comes out on call, hits his marks, and nails his tricks.  Even though he is technically just practicing (even during live shows) his cuteness and skill gets awesome response.
